Refunds & Cancellation

The industry we compete with is infamous for retention calls and hostage subscriptions. Our policy is the opposite, in writing.
1. Cancel with one email
Email [email protected] with the word "cancel". It is honored the same business day, confirmed in writing. No calls, no forms, no "are you sure" sequences.
2. Free watch
The 7-day watch is free, needs no payment method, and never auto-converts into a paid plan. Nothing to refund.
3. Monthly plans ($29 / $49)
- First 30 days, first-time customers: not useful? Full refund of your first payment — just say so when you cancel.
- After that, cancellation stops future billing; the current month runs to its end date. We don't claw back partial months, and we don't bill again.
- If we discontinue your monitoring (e.g. a channel we can't reliably watch), you get a pro-rata refund of the unused period without asking.
4. Concierge ($149/mo, billed quarterly)
- Cancel mid-quarter and we refund every whole unused month of the prepaid quarter (e.g. cancel in month 1 → 2 months refunded).
- Refunds go back by the method you paid with; bank-transfer refunds are sent within 10 business days, minus transfer fees actually charged to us.
5. Missed-alert make-good
If a suppression on a watched ASIN goes undetected past one full check cycle and you catch it before we do, tell us — that month is free on your next invoice. We'd rather pay for our misses than argue about them.
6. How to reach us
[email protected] — the founder answers within one business day, usually faster. Refund requests reference nothing more than the email you signed up with.
