Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the monitoring and alert service operated by Kioko Labs ("we", "us"), Nairobi, Kenya. By starting a free watch or paying for a plan you agree to them. They're written to be read.

1. What the service is

We monitor Amazon product listings you nominate (by ASIN) and, on a recurring schedule, check public prices on external channels (e.g. Walmart, eBay, your own site). We alert you by email when we detect Featured Offer ("Buy Box") suppression or an external listing priced below your Amazon price, and we attach the evidence we captured (URLs, prices, screenshots, timestamps).

Honest limit: culprit identification is probabilistic. We surface the most likely external cause with evidence — we do not and cannot guarantee that Amazon's systems flagged that exact listing, that a suppression will be detected within a fixed time, or that any reinstatement or repricing outcome will occur.

2. What the service is not

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Amazon, Walmart, eBay, or any marketplace we monitor.
We do not access your Seller Central account and will never ask for its credentials. All monitoring uses publicly visible, logged-out pages.
We do not reprice, edit listings, or act inside your accounts. Concierge plans include drafted response material which you review and file yourself.
Nothing we send is legal, financial, or professional advice.

3. Free watch

The free 7-day watch requires no payment method. At the end we email you the results and pricing. If you don't continue, your watches stop and your data is deleted per the Privacy Policy. No auto-conversion, ever.

4. Plans, billing & cancellation

Solo Seller ($29/mo) and Multi-Channel ($49/mo) are billed monthly in advance. Where card checkout is offered it is processed by our merchant of record; otherwise we invoice.
Concierge ($149/mo) is invoiced quarterly in advance ($447) by bank transfer unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Cancel with one email to [email protected] — honored the same business day. Monthly plans end at the period close; concierge quarters are refunded pro-rata for whole unused months (see Refund Policy).
Founding-rate pricing stays locked while your subscription remains active.

5. Fair use

Plan limits (ASIN counts, channels, check cadence) are stated at purchase. We may decline or discontinue monitoring of listings that require logging in, breaking a site's technical protections, or anything unlawful — with a pro-rata refund if we discontinue.

6. Your responsibilities

You confirm you have the right to monitor the ASINs and URLs you submit (your products, or products you manage with authorization).
You are responsible for actions you take based on alerts — repricing, cases, communications with marketplaces.
Keep your alert email deliverable; we're not responsible for alerts your provider blocks.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost sales, lost Buy Box time, or marketplace account actions.

8. Changes

If we change these terms we'll email active customers at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after that is acceptance; cancelling before it takes effect gets a monthly-pro-rata refund of any prepaid, unused time.
